Following a reported outage on BT’s email services, a change was made to how email was handled was detected. Other BT customers had been in touch with BT, whose response — on the 25th January was:
“We are working to find a solution on this kind of situation. We are still trying to resolve this. For now we cannot have that resolved right away but we are still trying to improve our system to have the bounced back messages that BT encountered resolved. Do not worry once this is resolved we will be updating you.”
Thank you to our customers using BT’s mail services for letting us know this now seems to be resolved.
