Ironically, we’re currently in the midst of a larger project where we’ll introduce better failover resilience through our hosting architecture.
We have fixed this issue and rebooted the server.
A broken power supply of one of the neighbouring servers at our data centre has blown the fuse in our rack.
Engineers at our data centre are currently investigating the issue.
We are talking to our server technicians who are in contact with our European supplier. A reset of the machine has not worked. To be clear, it’s not to do with the application, but the hosting provider.
We are aware of problems where users are unable to connect to the application.
