We can confirm customers are seeing guest activity, such as completed payment requests. Booking.com reservations are also being synchronised.
Things back up and running! We are making checks to ensure all services are working properly.
DNS change undertaken to point innstyle.co.uk and all user subdomains to new IP address.
Final configuration changes are being undertaken.
Database import to new server was completed successfully.
Database export from old server was completed successfully.
Migration began as planned at 5am. We have begun exporting the main Inn Style database.
All our server reports tell us that this time of day will cause the least amount of disruption to you, our customer, and your guests.
Why does this need doing?
We’re improving the way our app updates are released, as part of this, we need to make some fundamental changes to our server architecture.

Totally safe, we’ve backed everything up and have simulated the maintenance process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
