Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient, detailed customer support to existing clients

  • Taking sales calls, and accurately providing product information to prospective clients

  • Supporting new clients in the setup of their accounts, including product training

  • Performing admin duties, including travel arrangements and booking meeting rooms

  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail as well as posting outgoing mail

  • Assisting the management team in the day-to-day running of the business

  • You have experience using Google Docs, Slack or Intercom

  • You have an interesting blog, YouTube channel or Twitter account (links please!)

  • You have the sense to try our product, even though you don’t own a hotel

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, intelligent person with a positive attitude who is keen to learn, develop and progress within an energetic software startup environment. Knowing your way around the internet is imperative. You should be a confident and effective communicator, with excellent presentation ad organisational skills. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, so a good telephone manner is also a must. Inn Style is a small team so the ability to think for yourself, work independently and use your initiative to find answers is essential. (You need be really good at Googling things.)
